Can foreigners set up company in Malaysia?
Now foreigners can fully own a Malaysian Sdn Bhd. company. It is no longer required to have local ownership in the company, although under the Malaysian Companies Act of 2016, it’s required to have at least 1 director residing in Malaysia. Please contact us for more information.
What are the costs?
Incorporation through MalaysiaCo starts from RM999, including all the costs to incorporate a company – legal fees (RM1010) to SSM, name search, first board resolutions, opening of bank account, and more. We will assign a licensed company secretary to your company at RM70 per month.
